How Time Fly

Wow!! hasnt the time gone, cant get over its been nearly 12 mths since Ive been here, been very busy over these last months with my reborn dolls, I did a doll show in Sydney last month with a wonderful friend, we had a ball and I sold one baby..yay....

Well things have settled down here now so think I will get stuck back into here, I will post pics of things Ive been doing over these months as well very soon.

Cameron

Little Cameron, he was Sebastiano a sculpt by Fiorenza Biancheri, I haven't long finished him, really enjoyed reborning him and the funny thing is, he has turned out looking very much like my little grandson so I think Im going to dress him up and give him to my daughter for christmas.

Fridge magnets

I nearly forgot to put pics of these up, it was our June swap fridge magnets, these are the ones that my swap partner sent, they look great on the fridge and just love the Autumn colours. I'm not sure if I took pics of the ones I did, I can't find any but I know they weren't anywhere near as good as what I received.

We had a real fun swap at Crafty Mamas for July, pin cushions,these are the ones I made,





and these are the ones my swap partner sent me, I just love them, she has really done a fantastic job.

Little Missy

My baby I thought I would never show to anyone, she was the second reborn I did and ended up looking so over cooked it wasnt funny, I made the body miles to big for her, then put the limbs on the wrong way, the poor thing did look so bad, so I took off what paint I could off her head and started again and made her a smaller body with everything the right way, at least now I feel I can show her to people.

My reborn doll

My first reborn baby I have just finished,I have been making them for about the last 6 mths but she is first one I want to show pics of, I have to make her a pink outfit yet, seeing my last bubs was a boy everything I have is blue or white.I think I made her body a little to big for her but other wise shes not to bad, I still have a lot to learn especially in rooting hair but I'm getting there.She was a Berenguer La Baby doll, thinking about naming her Molly, not to sure yet. Oh yeah Im also terrible at taking pictures, have to get hubby to take better ones.

I won a prize

In a save water competition on the net, I was rapped, won $60.00 worth of ecologic cleaning products, there was floor cleaner, wool wash, dish wash , laundry wash and multi purpose spray so I think I did pretty good, only bummer thing about it is now is that means I should do some cleaning ;-)
